The Curious Case of Greenfield Village

Just like the famous movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, we seemed to fall into a time tunnel and come back to an earlier age when we visited Greenfield Village on July 24. Lots of interesting things attracted us and guided us walking in the beautiful scenery. I was bathed in the charming sunshine and intoxicated at the old map when we walked there.

I enjoyed the atomosphere surrounding Greenfield Village, for the ancient train ran with its steam, the ancient bicycle rolled with its tires, and the actors and actresses played their role with old-fashioned clothng. I don’t know how long Greenfield Village has existed, yet I know it’s really a model to review the old-fashioned days and made us realize the real U.S..




Before we left Greenfield Village, I bought a Dream Box in the shop. It’s the first time I’ve had my own Dream Box . It’s been a miracle to me since I came back to the dormitory. Every night when I go to bed, I hold my Dream Box and pray, for I hope it can make my dream come true someday, just like the miracle Greenfield Village trip taking us into the time tunnel.
